Injection Molding Machines

PDI has 11 injection molding machines ranging from 90 Ton to 880 Ton. We are equipped to make parts as small as a dime all the way up to massive parts the size of a chair in our largest machines. Since we keep such a variety of machines, we can run just about any mold. Our process engineers will select the machine most suited to your job. Thermoforming Machines

PDI has 3 thermoforming machines, that some manufacturers refer to as vacuum forming machines. Thermoforming is an excellent way to make large parts with a low tooling cost. Most molds can run in any of our machines, and our process engineers will select the best one suited for your project.. CNC Machines

At PDI we use our CNC Routers for a variety of purposes. Our 3-axis routers are used to trim thermoformed parts and to cut custom low-quantity parts. Our machining centers are used for mold maintenance and construction.
